I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who has a problem with the blonde face tattoo lady. She was very rude and had a huge attitude after I asked for a new sandwich after she massacred my bread opening it. She kept saying the bread was fresh even though it wasn’t my complaint, and I never said that it wasn’t. My guess is that she has a drug problem. Decided to go to Kwik trip down the road and it was much better.
If you want a fresh sub, please don’t come here! Bread was super dry on all 3 of our sandwiches. Went back to ask for a refund, only to be told that they don’t do refunds. Won’t give store credit. Won’t share managers phone number/card info. The young man told me to just go on google and leave a bad review, so I guess they rather have this over just giving a refund? Quite sad! Manager Sharon, you have the worst customer service! We will take our business somewhere else
I have never left a review on google before but this is the third time I have had a horrible experience with a particular employee, so I feel that it needs to be addressed. She’s an older woman with blonde hair & a lot of tattoos. She was extremely rude and should definitely not be working in customer service. She made our subs so sloppy, to the point where we couldn’t even eat it. We asked for our subs toasted and it was barely warmed. Lady with tattoos doesn’t care about anything my sub was cold by the time I walked to a table when it was toasted. The other sub had no meat or anything on it at all. For what they cost this is not what should be served. The lady with tattoos shouldn’t be in customer service
