Absolutely terrible. This location used to get it right all the time and I’ve never had a bad sub until recently. Ever since Shawn/sean/shaun left or was fired or whatever. Twice now I’ve had rock hard bread, ingredients I didn’t ask for in my sub and can’t even finish a whole sub before finding HAIR IN THE SUBS. My bf went as well and Idk exactly what he normally gets cuz he changes it every time, but tonight he DID NOT ask for ham in his sub in any way shape or form, they just added it on there for funsies I guess. Ended up leaving leaving without a sandwich after observing the following. Family was looking at the menu and trying to decide what to order, they politely turned to myself and my husband to go first as they were not ready. The parent also said" we need a minute" to the subway worker. So we go to order and get told that we must wait for them to order. Used to order from DoorDash and every single time the bread on the sandwich’s were so dry it was crumbling and falling apart. I don’t order here anymore
