I will never be going back to this subway again. Every time I go in there I feel rushed or that I am bothering the staff members. Consistently, the employee, Nidhi, is rude, arrogant, and argumentative. Today in particular I had an awful experience. Staff were very unpleasant to myself and husband. We ordered two subs and the veggies were freezer burnt. When brought up to the staff we did not get an answer and were ignored. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.
Horrible all around. Last time I will go there. If i could I would have given a zero.
Be careful and watch your total the lady I’m assuming the franchise owner is very stingy with toppings if you ask for extra and she will add a tip onto your order without your knowledge if you’re not paying attention happened to me and I called her out on it when I noticed the price difference she then accused me of adding a tip I didn’t even touch the machine yet she handed it to me!! Avoid this location at all costs unreal!
