The person taking our order did not listen to what I wanted and questioned the toppings I wanted also 1/4 of the sub was empty. This location is going down hill with product and customer service. Its time to do better subway.
Hair in our food. Every. Single. Time. This is the first review I’ve ever left in my life. My family avoids both parksville subways because of how often we find long black hair in our food, we went again today hoping it wouldn’t happen because the food is decent, but low and behold my boyfriend pulls a long black hair out of his mouth while he’s eating. Terrible cleanliness, but tastes good.
Really well made sandwiches here appreciate their time spent on making it just right.
The food stations were filthy, the veg they were using was very spoiled looking and the staff working were very rude with basic interactions. Probably worst subway ive been in.
