At Subway, I had a really bad experience that felt careless and disrespectful. My sub was burnt, which should have been an easy fix, but instead the employee already seemed annoyed. She asked if I was picking up a mobile order, yet the order wasn’t even bagged. On top of that, she was on a personal phone call and wearing AirPods, which made it obvious she wasn’t focused on customers. The subway at Amherst walmart is filthy!! I mean everything from the floor soda machine,the glass is filthy. Instead of doing nothing behind the counter the employees should be cleaning! I would never eat there@!
