My friend and I ordered online at the exact same time - my food was ready within 15 minutes. My friend's took just under an hour. They were busy at first, I respect that. But my friend's ticket had been tossed aside, and they were calling my friend "entitled" and "rude" for going up and asking after we waited another 10 minutes after receiving my order. HORRIBLE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. I went the other night before 10 because I placed a pick up order, no one came to the drive thru teller, I drove around to be ignored and then lied to about my drink that I paid for. I will be contacting corporate in the morning
Food is still descent but there prices are ridiculous, and in no way worth what they charge. Better off going to a nicer sandwich shops.
First off its 7pm and nothing was refilled on the bar the guy kept telling people they were out of chicken and spinach and the bar was just empty. Cookies was broke and dead looking no fresh at all. I asked about more cookies and he said they were out. Both guys had an attitude just ruined my subway experience.. cooperate you gotta do better.
