If i could give a zero out of 5 review I would. They acted like adding cheese was going to cause a famine. Had to ask multiple time for a normal amout of cheese. One sandwich got extra cheese and when i said no exta on the other she tried to remove the extra and put it back in the container
Very poor customer service at this Subway location. I ordered a footlong chicken sandwich with all ingredients, but the portions were extremely small, I could barely find even a few pieces of chicken in the sandwich. For the price customers pay, this is unacceptable. I also politely asked for a small cup of chipotle sauce before leaving, and they refused without trying to help. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
Put as little protein(chicken) as possible in my footlong. Lady behind the counter got mad at me for trying to get a refill because i had a mobile order even though it was dine in. She had an attitude the entire time and was watching a loud indian video the entire time.
