Ordered 2 footlong philly cheese steaks. They were drowned in mayo, which I had to wipe off, and not one slice of cheese (apparently the extra mayo was to cover up the lack of cheese). C'mon guys...is this the best you can do? Yuck! Disgusting!
Placed an order through the Subway app..seemed easy enough. I show up, only to find out my order was cancelled… with zero notification. Mind you, they still went ahead and charged my card. The staff? Completely unbothered. No apology, no explanation, just a passive “yeah, that happens.” Cool. Glad my time (and money) weren’t a priority. If you enjoy guessing games, getting charged for food you’ll never see, and dealing with staff who act like you’re the problem for asking question...this is the place for you.
Had a 12” tuna there today. They short scooped the tuna. Instead of 4 scoops the sandwich maker only put 3 on it.
