This place is incompetent! Does any one work here speak english?
Absolutely slowest drive through ever i visited. I don’t understand what’s the purpose of having drive through if its too time consuming. Person front of me literally argued with the staff. Waited 30 mins.
It says closed at 11 and it's 10:40pm I noticed nothing posted on the window, but i did look inside and nobody was in there. The employees definitely closed early
They ran out of the cookies that I ordered through the app and tried to pull a switcheroo on me with the leftover cookies nobody wanted. I got a complete order refund. Side note: how are you almost completely out of cookies 3.5 hours before closing? You had maybe 8 cookies in the store when I came in and 4 of those were oatmeal raisin. Make the people what they want, jeez.
