If you arrive when they first open, they will not feel like making you a sandwich so they’ll just hide and ignore you. They open at nine, but don’t go there till about 9:30. 6/1/26 Who ever the extremely intelligent worker that is closing up closed early and said "sorry, need to have time to count the drawer". Webpage says closing soon. Even the drive thru window said 10pm as he's telling me they are close and it's not even 10pm. He says"I don't know what to tell ya"

Went to subway in New Haven and got two sandwiches. First off we had to order through the drive through bc we had a baby and didn’t wanna have to drag her out of the car. Second when we went through the drive thru, we had to basically get out of the car and put out head to the speaker, the amount of times I said “what” you’d think he would have spoke up.
