We walked in, and we were greeted by 3 teenage/young adult guys behind the counter! They were so friendly and the atmosphere was the best I’ve ever experienced in a subway. All of them were very kind and helpful and they were all great at their job! I will definitely be coming back here!! Great job guys :)
Accidentally ordered to the Ile des chênes location on the app. I couldn't figure out how to cancell the order so I called. A rude older (50/60s )sounding lady answered and I explained that I ordered to the wrong location and I asked her how I cancel. She said I have to cancel the order on the app. I asked If she knew where in the app I go to cancel it and she rudely said "how would I know I don't have the app" and then asked me for the name (so she wouldn't make the subs) and hung up on me.
