Clean place, fresh ingredients, and the food (especially the Nashville sub) is genuinely good. I've been here often, but the front-of-house service can be tough to deal with. The two ladies upfront looked completely drained. Sometimes people in the high-volume service industry—and speaking as an Indian myself, I've seen how some of our folks can be quick to complain and drop the hospitality—as if they just don't want to be there. Absolute worst subway ever I would not go there if it was the last place to eat on earth. The lady at the front was on the phone speaking Indian right infront of me. Glad to be back in Brampton. Please don’t eat here, try Pho Erin its delish.
They either have to open the store on time or update their hours. I showed up at 8:05 to get a sandwich for my son for school. Store wasn’t open there wasn’t any staff. The times I am able to order they are out of certain toppings. For example I order a teriyaki crunch and they are out of crispy onions. Service isn’t great either as it’s slow and overall ingredients don’t look fresh. Subway each year changes the toppings around give the sandwich a new name and jack up the price . I would not recommend
I went there today and the staff was polite , experienced and nice. Moreover, while sitting there around 12:40 noon, there was a white man yelled on the employee and used bad words and she was still nice and calm. If anyone is complaining about the employees then they should think about their tone too.
I would give a ZERO star if I had the option. Absolutely worst Subway location I have ever been to. All the employees are rude, lack basic sense of what customer service is. Hygiene is not taken seriously at this location. Employees hardly ever change their gloves between the orders. They don’t care if customer leaves without purchasing anything.
