The sandwich was being prepared while they were cleaning the table. The team needs additional training to get a turnaround
Steve was very professional and fast even though he was by himself with a lot of orders. He handled the pressure well, and our sandwiches were delicious. A few customers were upset, but he did the best he could given the circumstances.
