Had to show love for my guy Surish at Subway! Every time I pull up, he got the vibe right — respectful, quick, and he actually listens to how you want your sandwich. My order always comes out clean, fresh, and exactly the way I like it. Customer service on point, energy on point. If you ever stop by, ask for Surish — he’s the real MVP behind the counter.
I understand how closing works but closing 30 mins early is insane
The woman who is taking the order for drive through was talking to someone else in the middle of my order. I had to repeat myself multiple times. I asked multiple times to have it microwaved and said no to toasting. My sandwich was obviously toasted enough to crisp up the bread (making the bread extremely messy for the car) but the meat in the middle was ice cold. I was the only person in like, ordering 1 sandwich that was essentially bread, meat, and cheese took 5 mins for the person to even get my order.
