I was in the Kearney store on June 23rd around 11:15 a.m. I had the rudest lady wait on me that I have ever seen in my life. After she was rude to me she realized and tried to make it up and blame it on the company for why she was so mad. She deserves to be terminated. I go to Subway every Monday and Friday. I went back on the 27th which is today. The nicest lady waited on us and everything was perfect to a T. I will return to the store but if I see her working there I will turn around and leave.
Won't make the Pizza sub. Spent 20 years eating that from subway. Sad situation. Won't go to a Subway again.
Took 30 minutes to get a dozen cookies with two people ahead of us. Younger lady working was trying hard and friendly. Issue appeared to be phone in orders, and pick up orders for like Grub Hub. We all had to wait inline till they filled all these orders. This is not right, we stood and waited, the line grew to the door, more people waiting.
