Could be worse but not by much. I ordered online ahead and got to the shop at 5:55 pm. Planned for a quick grab before my meeting, but didn't get out until 6:23 pm with a sloppy sandwich that costs $16 and tips. I can see the only two servers in the shop is under extreme stress already, but the line is not moving. When the lady did mine after unreasonable amount of wait time, I see the sandwich is nowhere near what I put in for the order. Overall poor quality and sloppily made sandwiches. Most of the ingredients were only on half the sandwich and everything was light. You could probably ask for extra everything and hope you get reasonable portions. Called to voice a complaint and the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive.
