We had a frustrating and utterly disgusting experience at this Subway today. The employee (the manager) making our sandwich refused to add extra onions, despite our request and willingness to forgo other toppings. His refusal was delivered in a dismissive manner. We've been a loyal Subway customer for over 20 years and have never encountered such poor service. The Subway manager (server) offered no apology for his dismissive behavior. This subway is very clean, has fast service, and a kind crew of professional employees
Ordered a blt and only received bacon on the sandwich. Called to inform management and was told that I had to specify that I wanted lettuce and tomato on my sandwich!
