La cuisine est très bonne, le seule problème c'est l'attitude et les remarques du personnel. Je suis venu commander un roulé de 12 pouces doubles fromages. Les commis me prenait pour un cave parce "qu'il y a pas deux types de fromage dans le roulé, qu'il va falloir payer un supplément". Pourtant sur leur propre menu et site Web, ça indique qu'il y a deux types de fromages l'intérieur sans être obliger de payer d'extra, fromage fondu en tranche et fromage râpé.
