This is easily one of the best Subway locations I’ve visited. The staff went above and beyond to help with a very large order for my team. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through all the platter options, offering helpful suggestions along the way. When I arrived, I was welcomed with smiles and excellent customer service. One of the staff members even helped carry all the food and drinks out to my car, which I really appreciated. Would’ve been a good experience if the worker didn’t use the same gloves she cashed someone out with (handling money and all) to then make subs. Basic hygiene and food safety should be common practice.

Subway is a nice easy go to but it is expensive. My expensive at the Belle River location was less than good. The staff member making my sandwich, Ella is her name was continuously pushing down squishing the sandwich. I had to ask several times for her to put more toppings on as there was hardly nothing on it. I understand the cost of things has gone up but so has the cost of the sub. I should not have to continuously ask for more toppings or ask why she keeps squishing my sandwich, to which she makes no comment.

Never have parmesan, prices are insane.
