Terrible experience at this Subway. I asked to order just some sides—something I regularly get at other Subway locations with no problem—but the employee rudely told me she didn’t know how to punch it in. Instead of trying to help or ask someone, she acted annoyed and dismissive. Very unprofessional behavior. If other Subways can handle it, why not here? Went to this location since it was the closest to my home. Both times very much disappointed. Ordered pizza sub for my son. It barely had any meat on it! 4 puny thin slices of pepperoni. Girl was stingy with veggies as well. Should have taken a picture. Tried it a second time, same thing. The girl says that's how they were trained to serve it. What a rip off! Never went back. Not worth your money
This Subway location has been a very disappointing and stressful place to work at. The manager constantly speaks to employees in a rude, aggressive, and disrespectful way. Even when staff are working hard and doing their best, they are treated poorly — being yelled at, blamed for small things, and made to feel like nothing they do is good enough.
