Worst customer service ever! The older man in the picture was screaming and cussing at us because we asked if our children could use the restroom before we ordered our food. He refused to give his managers number as well as the corporate number . This was completely uncalled for and my children should not have had to listen to the way he was yelling and cussing all because we asked if our kids could use the bathroom before we ordered. Went in to place multiple orders, at this time there were a tall young men, a young lady yibby yabbing with the two older ladies. No one acknowledge that j was waiting to place an order. Since no one even acknowledge my presence I took my business some place else. Ver poor service.
Jacklyn and Kristin ALWAYS serve fresh buns, meat, cheese, etc. They work the day shift. If you want a GREAT sandwich go during that time. I hope their manager reads this because they BOTH need a raise!!
Showed up at 940 pm when they close at 10 and the doors were locked. Very unprofessional
