I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location due to extremely poor customer service. The employee, Horte, was openly rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I politely asked if I could switch my daughter’s juice box for a soda because she has a food allergy and can only have almond milk. Nonsense. Very weird vibes and staff. No accommodations whatsoever. So many rules have changed with subway, want be part. Where is old subway?
