Asked to have my sub toasted, the bread must have been so old because it was crunchy and crumbled when I picked it up. No fountain drinks, the veggies all looked frozen.
I do not order here much because of the errors that are made regularly. Tonight I stopped in a hurry to get dinner. One of my favorites is the steak and cheese. I ordered and headed home. When I opened up and took a bite my meat and cheese were cold right out of fridge. This is supposed to be a hot sandwich. Does no good to call and complain. Check your food before you leave, or go to Jersey Mikes.
Very slow service..employees are so rude and arrogant
Walked in with $10 and a coupon for a foot long for $6.99 Ordered my sandwich at the counter and when it came to check out the cashier informed me they're not accepting coupons. Promptly walked out... I hope the workers got to enjoy my sandwich.
New owner has chosen to not accept any mailed coupons. Might as well go to Jersey Mikes down the street.
