I work as a DSP and the ladies who work here are top notch! They know my clients by name, are patient with them when it takes a minute to order due to speech delays or just asking what the options are. They are absolutely wonderful

First time ordering a meatball sub from Subway. Last time ordering a meatball sub from Subway. I was really hungry around 9:00 pm and stuck in Jeannette. Needed a quick fix. Ordered through the drive through and I could hear the employee on the phone with someone else. Just a meatball. Balls of meat, in a package with sauce. How bad could this be? Well? Bad. I used to go to this location multiple times a week but it has been awhile since I stopped by. I placed an online pickup order for a footling with extra mayonnaise. I don't know when or why you started putting condiment packets in to go orders but I would prefer to not have to tear apart my already tightly wrapped sandwich to apply condiments that I already ordered on the sub. Also I would not consider three packets of mayo "extra mayo" for a footlong sub.
