I received images from my Dasher showing roaches. I immediately instructed them to leave and canceled the order. This is completely unacceptable, and nothing is being done about it. People don’t even know this is happening and are still eating there—it’s disgusting. Close them down until they fix the infestation!!!
I’m usually not one to complain about anything. BUT i got a sandwhich with avocado on it and the staff said they knew it was bad once i told them my sandwhich tasted bad and then didn’t even offer to remake it. i sat down and pulled myself together and came back and asked for atleast a 6 inch vegi sub. still had to pay for it btw. DO NOT GET THEIR AVOCADO 🥑!!
Please do not order online from them because apparently they're not smart enough to read an order and they will rob you of what you paid for! They even had everything listed on the receipt correctly but it just wasn't on the subways because apparently either they are illiterate or just lazy or they just don't care enough to give you what you paid for. I will say when you go in person they don't mess it up because your literally standing their watching them but i guess some people don't do good making sandwiches without const... read more
