Did a delivery order that was wrong. The bread was wrong and my chips was left out. Tried calling MULTIPLE times to talk to someone and noone ever answered.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Employees were rude to my wife she placed an order on the app and even though they took her money on the app she got there and they told her they don’t recognize the app at this location and would not help her receive a refund nor would they let her place an order in person. It took so long for them to help my wife that she did not get to eat on her lunch break and had to go back to work on an empty stomach. Even the manager at this location was no help whatsoever
Normally, I love going to Subway. Today I tried using the app for the first time and was very unsatisfied. I placed my mobile order at least 30 minutes prior to going, because I was going on lunch. Upon arriving, the worker who was cleaning spoke to me and I checked to see if my order was ready on the counter. It was not. After standing at the counter unassisted I tried to get help from the workers.
