I am very disappointed with the way my recent mobile order was handled. I placed an order through the Subway app and had my husband pick it up because I was at work. The pickup itself went smoothly, but when we opened the order, we discovered that the turkey sub had been made incorrectly. this the second time that they have messed up our order since they hired tht short edgar, he didn’t close the sub right even after we told him. he was also on the phone the entire time and in the picture is a turkey sub and i cant taste the turkey its all pickles. this will be the last time i visit this location.

As big as Subway is, I think it's still underrated as to how good the sandwiches are at such a great price.... especially when using the app to find even better deals. I tried another sandwich shop recently just for a change and the food was so-so but almost double the price. I don't know how they do it but I'm glad. They even had no problem giving me all the vegetables on the side to keep fresh until I got home. Great job!
