Ordered a 6 inch Philly sub with cheese and onion, and as you can see in the picture-hardly a meal, and it cost $8 and change. Absolutely ridiculous and totally disappointed!!! No wonder a lot of them are closing. 😡
The employees at this store need customer service training. I walk to the counter and they did not greet me. I started to place my order and the White female said "we have an order in front of you ". I was going to walk out but I had to buy lunch for my guest. I think Subway in general is OVER PRICED! The quality of cold cuts and bread is less than desired. The bread is stale! I had to fight the flies for the food. Stale bread, stale veggies, stale meat. Everything tasted like it had been cut 2 days ago & stored in the fridge & bread was old and crumbly. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Very rude and hung up on me when called to see if they offered a Veterans Day deal!
Ordered online and wasn’t ready until 50 minutes after ordered and 30 minutes after I got there. Aswell did Not have the bread that I picked online. Says it was ready for pickup on the app. And WAS NOT READY. Short staffed and horrible values, do not eat here and entertain this BS…. Thanks!
