Placed a mobile order today at about 6:05pm and ended up being told I am not getting my food at 6:55pm. Highly suggest not using their mobile ordering app if you think about getting food here, the best way to ensure you get your food quick is via drive-thru. I have ordered power bowls from here via the Mobile App a few times. However, every time I do so, (with the exception of once where I wrote out in the special instructions specifically not to include them), red onions were put in the bowl. This doesn’t make sense as Red Onions aren’t even part of the bowl by default, and must manually be added when using the app. I shouldn’t have to specifically comment and ask not to include something when it’s not a part of my order in the first place.
