Would be nice if they had more than 1 employee working
Tried once and had a great experience, so decided to come again. Won't be returning after today. Only 1 team member present who did not appear to be well trained. He ruined the sandwich of the person ahead of me, swore at that customer under his breath after they asked him to redo the sandwich, and threw the ruined sandwich in the trash like a toddler. He then did not know how to make a coldcut, but I let it ride because he seemed like he would turn violent if there was another complaint.
Whoever is in charge of keeping this place stocked needs to be put through training again. They are always out of SOMETHING, usually things that you would expect a sandwich store to know to keep well-stocked: vinegar, condiments, at least one style of chicken if not all of them, one cheese type or another, and even fricking bread. My daughter got food poisoning right after eating here today. I called to let them know that maybe the salami or something is bad and that they should check it out. The Woman who answered sounded frustrated. She said that she sliced the salami fresh today. I told her maybe it was bad before she sliced it. I was not looking for anything free or even my money back. I just wanted to let them know to check their food because my daughter is now vomiting 20 minutes after eating the sandwich. Beware if you go there today! 🤢
Not friendly at all, would never go there and wouldn’t recommend to anyone this location !! Not clean !! If there was any possibility to give them negative stars I would!
