Note: I am changing my 1 star review to 5. Since this incident, Springtown Subway has vastly improved in their staff and customer service. Not all of my online orders have been correct, however 90% of the time they are. GREAT WORK SPRINGTOWN SUBWAY!! Did an online order to go pick up and bring home. Ordered the Chicken bacon ranch on artisan, jalapeno, extra ranch, salt/pepper, not toasted. Hubby went and picked up. Friendly staff and great sandwiches
Got foot long chicken, got home first bite had black rubber like chunks cudnt chew, not identifiable. Took chunks back to subway girl said thot it was over cooked chicken even to it was in the lettuce. Never seen rubber chicken but ahudve ben noticed when put on bread, yuck. Offered apologies and couple cookies, dippers, or 6" sub.
