Eat here often. Usually pretty good. Don't think I'll be dining in anytime. They have puppies on the table. Gross.

Here's the TL:DR: Eat here if you want but keep in mind if a mistake is made or heaven forbid your food is tampered with like mine. This location will do absolutely nothing to make it right. On November 3rd this location participated in a National Sandwich Day promotion. Me and my wife ordered a Buy One Get One for $1 deal. So as you can imagine the location was relatively busy for Springtown. I wish I could rate this location and its employees 0 stars. Absolutely awful service and sandwiches so we ended up trashing them, called to get refund same night and they said they would. 2 weeks go by and nothing. Called again, said they would refund it. 5 days go by and nothing. Called a 3rd time and said they would refund it and still NOTHING. Do better. Don't go to this location if you have other options!
