I went out of my way to choose a subway with the best reviews in the area. This one won by a hair. Ironically I really enjoyed my food but there was a hair. Ha. But it’s ok. They did not skimp on the meat. The quality of the sandwich was good. BUT the cookies were def old. I know bc I worked at subway in high school. Pls don’t use yesterday’s cookies. I CAN TELL!! Ahhh. They were wiping down tables I saw. And the bathroom was clean. Overall I was satisfied.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I recently experienced at your establishment. I ordered a nacho sub and clearly requested no onions, yet the employee preparing my order added onions anyway. When I politely pointed this out, she denied that I had ever said “no onions” and responded with an unprofessional and dismissive tone. Showed up before they were supposed to be closed but they closed early. It’s really frustrating for people to drive all the way when businesses don’t adhere to their posted open hours. Does corporate allow closing early?
