I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I recently experienced at your establishment. I ordered a nacho sub and clearly requested no onions, yet the employee preparing my order added onions anyway. When I politely pointed this out, she denied that I had ever said “no onions” and responded with an unprofessional and dismissive tone. Showed up before they were supposed to be closed but they closed early. It’s really frustrating for people to drive all the way when businesses don’t adhere to their posted open hours. Does corporate allow closing early?
Lady at the register (6/23) had such an attitude. Didn’t even want my sides that we were looking forward to. Only come if you want people to give you an attitude!
