I ordered an Italian BMT with double meat and double pepper Jack cheese and double provolone cheese, for 4X the regular cheese. The lady that prepared my sandwich argued with me, insisting that double pepper Jack cheese and double provolone cheese = 6X the regular cheese. In what universe does 2 + 2 =6? This person needs to be removed from ANY customer facing positions. So, the Subway at TA Oakley #91 ripped me off for $2.20 + tax; this is a principal thing, let it be known.
They were out of bread besides two 6 inch subs. Duck had an attitude the whole time we ordered. Said I was being rude after I told another customer “they are out of bread” that’s it. I don’t know how his lack of bread preparation is my fault and a reason to be short and agitated with customers. Other then ducks attitude I didn’t mind the food. Got the last 6 inch. Hope his day gets better for the next customer!
Chuck was the most attentive, respectful, helpful and CLEAN ! Jezzalyn was very sweet and helpful as well. Very impressed with how clean and kind both of these workers were during my visit!
The chicken bacon ranch sandwich was great! The veggies were the best looking I have seen at any Subway!! I think they are renovating, which is why I gave them less for atmosphere.
This is the best subway I’ve been to in a while and my experience was twice this week as I was driving to and from my destination. The food looked soo fresh and the staff made the food very close to subway “recipe” amounts when ingredients are requested. Cert good experience
