Will NOT be returning to this location. This subway used to be our favorite in town ... Owen was amazing, so sad he's no longer there! However, since the new owners took over it's awful. Staff don't listen, don't care and do a poor job. Hardly any toppings put on sub (despite asking for more), super rushed, and no care taken on making the food. Out of many items. Horrible customer service!! It's sad to see this store go downhill so quickly. Definitely miss the old owners and staff. :(

New workers were on their personal phones and did not seem like they had much/any training. The girl grilled my wrap in the paper and now it’s stuck. I like Elijah. He works quickly and has great customer service.
Walked out of St Clair location today because the new Canadians weren't washing their hands. Would use the till with their gloves on, then go and make a sandwich. Another one walked out to help and just grabbed gloves. Who knows what she was doing. We went to Queen Street instead. They were great.
