This is the closest Subway to our house but I have come to avoid it. The new ownerrship (perhaps within the last 1-2 years) have made it a dissapponting experience every time. Bread is barely toasted when requested, the amount of ingredients given is not up to standard compared to most Subway locations, extra veggies or condiments requests are ignored. The delivery drivers keep coming into my house……I’ve tried getting ahold of a general manager but can’t seem to find anyone who will take the time of day to help me. It’s becoming a safety issue for me. We have video cameras as set up as well!
Very rude employees, the staff was beyond rude to us and customers who came in behind us. People waiting in line one of the employees kept walking off and refusing to assist them. They refused to make food that we had ordered, that was on the menu. They had their own personal drinks left on the tables. Very infuriating
