We were 3 cars back and it took over 20 minutes to get to the window. Once at the window we were told they dont carry the sandwich we ordered, a sandwich on their menu! Then we were told they were out of rotisserie chicken but could substitue grilled chicken. We then waited another 10 minutes for 1 sandwich. Then the sandwich was not close to what was ordered.
Short staff only three cars in line and it took over 20 minutes just for one car food taste like cardboard
If I could give a negative number I would. I ordered cookies to give to a friend of mine who's just had a loss in the family. And I ordered some for ourselves. When I opened the box, there was a bug crawling on the cookies The macadamia nut were in crumbles. Absolutely ridiculous. And humiliating to take them to someone going through a hard enough time.
pretty sure i got served spoiled meat. made me terribly ill...
