Best subway period
We didn’t even have the opportunity to purchase food. This was the store in Boutte, Louisiana inside a gas station We walked to the counter and waited and waited and waited for the two employees to acknowledge us. They were talking amongst themselves and NEVER looked up to say hi. Finally after about 3-4 mins, my husband asked “ are yall taking orders?” To which they replied, “we are working on a remote order”. Then I said, “ yall didn’t even acknowledge us” and they laughed! this is the second time I've gone to the subway and the lady tried to gaslight me about the cost of the chicken when I plainly read it on the menu. Trying to tell me that I can't use my coupon to buy a grilled chicken and bacon sandwich because "the grilled chicken is more expensive than the rotisserie"... what? I can read it on the manu lady.. rotisserie chicken: 5.99 grilled chicken: 5.59.. please tell me how that's more expensive. Do you not know math or can you just not read?
