Store rush you out don’t give you your receipt and pack your stuff to go. Don’t even ask you about dining in can’t even record my point bed customer service
During lunch and or evening dinner hours you need more than 1 or 2 employees. There was an issue with a customer and 5 customers in line. I was number 2. 30 min. Later I started shaking. By the time I left the female employee was very cranky. Monday 9/14/2026
Jess is the Best !!🔥 She's always friendly & makes our sandwiches with the upmost care! Honestly even though I do an online order, if I don't see her I leave.. Give her a raise immediately!!
First I come in and ask for regular 6in bread and ANGIE asked me what kind of bread after telling her what kind I wanted then I Asked for extra PICKLES and she puts 4 pickles and tells me PER POLICY she can only add so much she already added extra never have I been to a subway and they tell me I can’t add EXTRA VEGETABLES. This girl has horrible service I will most definitely be reaching out to higher management.
