I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Out of all the vegetables, only cucumbers and peppers were available — and even those had flies on them. For a $16 sandwich, we basically got only meat and cheese. When we asked for other vegetables, we were told there was nothing left in stock — yet just five minutes later, the next customers were served exactly the same vegetables we had asked for. On 9/18 I had accidentally placed a pickup Order at this location. I immediately called and spoke with the manager and asked him to cancel because im over an hour away. He said he would. An hour later i check the app to verify it was cancelled and it was NOT. Instead he marked my order as picked up… I called again to see what is going on? I went to subway and ordered two sandwiches and I got charged for both and they made only one . Kevin and Ajka were so rude and even why I showed them that I ordered two and I got charged two times they never made my order . DONT EVER GO to this location . It’s terrible and dirty . Manager needs to get fired so rude and unprofessional.
