This is the nastiest subway I’ve ever had in my life idk if they were rushing or what but this is unacceptable
I stopped at this subway the other day to get a sandwich and was assisted by Kathy. She started making my sandwich and then proceeded to stop after putting the meat on to take her phone out of her back pocket and start texting, without taking her gloves off. She then puts her phone back in her pocket and puts cheese on my sandwich. She pulls her phone back out to start texting while the sandwich was in the toaster, still with the gloves on, and puts it back in her pocket before asking which veggies I want.
