I usually don't leave reviews at chain restaurants but this Subway is run like a small business. Employee Ri and the manager are doing a great job here. Subway is clean and fully stocked. I think every other Subway manager in San Antonio needs to stop by here and see how things should be ran.

I placed a mobile order around 11am, I come to the store to pick up my order and the manager on duty says my order never came through. The app says my order is being prepared, anyways I show her my receipt with the order number and food I purchased. And she tells me “I can’t give you your order without the name” I said well my name is Taylor, showed her my subway profile and ID to match. And she still refuses to give me my order, I can see the sandwich with my own eyes on the bar. All she had to do was match my order numbers... read more
