I went in on Monday, 07/21/2025, after a long day at work just looking to grab something quick to eat. When I walked in, there was a worker sitting at a table with a man. As soon as she saw me, she rolled her eyes and said something to him (I couldn't hear what). She eventually got behind the sandwich counter, and I even apologized — just in case I had done something to offend her — even though I genuinely hadn’t. I walked in and a young dark complexion short female was leaning on the service counter while making a foot long which took her quite a while to make and having a private conversation on speaker with a gentleman on her personal cell phone. She remained on the phone while taking my order and tried to rush me through and out the door. Terrible service! I won't go there ever again.
I always love their vegetarian sandwiches on multi-grain.
