Dear Subway Team, I am writing to report a concerning experience at your Queanbeyan Riverside location. I arrived to pick up a large order, which included multiple drinks. The order was not ready upon arrival, and I was asked to begin preparing the drinks myself. I explained that I was unable to do so, as this is not part of my role when collecting an order. Friendly service, delicious healthy malted rye subs (perfect solution for the time poor!) - thanks Team!
We went to place an order this morning, but the staff serving us was so rude. The lady serving us had a really bad behavior, she rolled her eyes several times while we were gently placing our order and had a very disappointing behavior. I asked the rest of the staff if anyone else could serve us, but nobody intervened and we left the place. We will never get back to this place and will inform our friends and families to do so as well.
