Workers were rude. I thought I heard them ask me, “toasted,” which I responded to as yes. And then says no toasted, and I corrected her. And she starts talking loudly to coworkers about how customers can’t answer simple questions. Extremely rude, and letting her emotions take over.
Do better with how you treat the military and civilians. Every one of you have a nasty attitude and also don’t give the right portions because you don’t want to go to the back and bring out more ingredients. I will be contacting the GM on Lackland soon to start with. Close it down until you get the right workers.
Terrible service the lady there was absolutely rude and i had asked for one of the numbers and i guess she didnt hear me or something so i corrected here then proceeded to give me attitude and tell me it was my fault so i just proceeded to ignore it and at check out i asked for a meal and she seemed very annoyed with that request and it was just a very bad experience overall
There is an employee whose manner is impolite and disrespectful. I hope that those in charge will deal with her.
