Couldn’t even order our food, the girl making someone’s online order accidentally dropped the bread and pick it up just to still use it and finish the order. So disgusting and unsanitary. I’m not risking my food made by her so we left.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees at this Subway. My 16-year-old son went in alone, purchased his food, and after they thought he had left, he heard an employee call him dumb and stupid. A grown adult insulting a 16-year-old customer behind his back says far more about the employee than it ever could about my son. And now, conveniently, no one at the store will answer the phone. Apparently the workers can't take your order because they need to do inventory & clean! Where is the customer service, & being able to handle your job with all that it comes with! Now you can use the kiosk, is so lame!
