Great food 😋
Ordered online with the app but the app didnt save the correct pickup time or the correct meal option. I didnt notice until after i had paid. The app has no way to modify an order in progress. Only a link to call the location. So i called. And called. And called. Normally id give the benefit of the doubt and assume their phones dont work. Except every call it would ring a different number of times before the phone was very clearly picked up and then hung up by a person. 10 calls in total ignored.
I’ve coming here for a year and always been given the best service by Kayli bullock always on point and always shows a good smile no matter what the day brings and the food is always on point that’s why I’ve been coming back.
Kayli the manager, along with Priscilla, Fabian, Joseph, Cierra, and Crystal, consistently deliver outstanding customer service. My orders are always correct, the staff is friendly, and even during the busy lunch rush they keep things running smoothly. This team truly goes above and beyond. My love for this subway is now in my heart forever
