Bad customer service. I usually order online as it's very convenient for me to show up and pick up. I only get a 30 min lunch break. Recently my orders started to be wrong.. I figured a simple mistake could happen to anyone and didn't say anything the first two times. My last order which was TITAN Turkey was messed up.. Hardly any Turkey (supposed to have twice as much along with 2x the cheese) and they forgot to put any cheese.. I want to highlight Johnny, a male worker at this establishment, who consistently provides excellent service. His generosity and dedication to ensuring my order is perfect and the bread is soft makes a significant difference in my experience. His efforts are the only reason I continue to choose this place for my meals. I know he works more than just this one job just to make ends meet because I saw him working elsewhere and asked! I strongly suggest tipping this great, hardworking man.
