Out of town and went to this subway to grab lunch on the go. Workers were blatantly rude and extremely disrespectful. Workers yelled at us across the glass and when they messed up our order and I asked them to fix it they physically threw the bacon towards us behind the glass. They also got angry at the fact that we had a coupon and were very obvious about the fact they were annoyed with us. Absolutely insane experience for a Subway (not in a good way). We ordered BOGO footlongs for pickup and were informed they were out of the meat upon arrival (turkey). We expressed no worries and asked for a refund. The two employees (<16) could not perform the refund because their manager was in Florida on vacation. They tried to call manager several times with no answer. Asked us to call back when she returned from Florida later this week and that we would receive a refund then.
