Multiple times I've walked in and Multiple employees act like it's a problem I'm there to order a sandwich. The younger employees have major aditude problems and should be retrained ASAP. Made my sandwich and folded it wrong then lied about it and refused to remake it because she was having a personal crisis over the sandwich.
I order a Sub, she pressured me to ask for Lettuce (I did NOT want any Lettuce); I asked for onions so she put 2 strands of Onions, I asked for more so she gave 1 more Strand of Onion, then she said NO more Onions 🧅 then she cut it into 4 pieces. I like Onions NO Lettuce, NO Lettuce; I am a Customer & want my choice on my Sub; other Subways there is NO Problem
The cashier added a 20% tip to our order. A tip is at the discretion of the customer not the store. I will never purchase a subway again.
We noticed hair in our food and brought it back and all she gave us was attitude and was not apologetic at all she did remake the sandwich
Ordered 2 subs for curbside pickup. Waited 10 minutes after checking in online and had to go inside for order. Got home with order and received a grinder that was not what I ordered. Don't the sandwich makers even read the receipt? Everything was on it, yet it's not what I got. Even the chips I ordered as part of the meal was wrong. No customer satisfaction at all.
