We had especially good service from Shah at the Avondale location in Redmond, WA today.

Shah was a very good person who gave me good portions
I had a frustrating experience with an online pickup order here. 1. The order was scheduled to be ready to pickup at 11:30 AM, but I did not get it until 11:46 AM. When I arrived on time, I was told it was not ready and was asked to wait in the regular line, which was confusing for an online pickup order. 2. I was also asked to identify and pick up some of the drinks myself from fridge. The order had been placed by my friend, so I did not know exactly which drinks were included.
