Terrible service. Would rather deny business rather than working with a customer. Horrible experience don’t go here.
We initially walked into the store to place our order but then noticed the BOGO offer available for pickup orders. So we placed a pickup order instead — big mistake. The staff member was visibly annoyed when he realized we went for the deal. From that moment on, he was extremely rude, ignored us completely, and when we finally got the food, it was the worst sub I have ever had in the United States. The 2 latina ladies at the evening/night shift are great people and make super good sandwiches. Most subways I would not step in. But this one's great
